*Early access

# Foyer
An always-on front door for your practice, on the channels your clients already use. Built, demonstrable, and deliberately not live yet.

**Foyer is an always-on messaging agent for behavioral health practices, currently in early access and not yet generally available.** It answers, books, reschedules and follows up on WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram and Slack, then writes the result into the practice management system the practice already runs. It refuses to transmit protected health information over unencrypted channels. Its crisis escalation design is in clinical and legal review and Foyer will not be deployed to a live practice until that review is complete. No price is published because Foyer is not yet a purchasable engagement.

---

**Said plainly, before anything else:** Foyer is in early access. It is
built and you can drive it below. It is **not deployed to any live practice**, because the
part that matters most, what happens when somebody in distress messages a therapy practice at
midnight, is still under clinical and legal review. We will not put that in front of patients until
people qualified to judge it say it is right.

---

The problem it exists for

## The call that never becomes a client

Most missed calls do not happen during business hours. They happen at 9:47pm, when
somebody finally works up the nerve to call a therapy practice and gets voicemail. By morning they have
called somebody else.

A practice your size cannot staff a desk around the clock. So the call goes unanswered, the intake
never happens, and the revenue is invisible, because it never entered any system you could count.

9:47pm
The hour a practice loses clients it never knows it had.
Nothing rings. Nothing is logged. There is no report that shows you this number, which is
exactly why it survives.

---

Drive it yourself

## Four channels, one agent, and what your staff would see

Switch channels, then click the follow-up questions. The panel on the right is the
practice's view: what got booked, what got written into the record, and what happened without anybody
touching it.

**Watch the SMS conversation to the end.** That is the one that shows
Foyer refusing to do something.

This page carries an interactive demo of Foyer running across four messaging channels (WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram and Slack), alongside the view the practice's own staff would see. Every name and conversation in it is invented and it is not connected to any real practice.

## What makes this different from an answering bot

There are dozens of AI receptionists starting around $25 a month. They answer, and then
they stop.

### It writes into your systems

Bookings land in the scheduler your staff already watch. A reschedule releases the old
slot. A cancellation texts the waitlist and holds it. Handing a caller a booking link moves the work.
This removes it.

### It knows what it may not say

Ask about your chart over unencrypted SMS and it declines, sends a secure portal link,
and logs the request. No protected health information crosses a channel that is not eligible to carry
it. The demo shows this happening.

### It hands off on purpose

Benefits checks, clinical questions and anything ambiguous route to a human with the
context attached, rather than being guessed at. Escalation is a designed behavior, not a failure
state.

The part we are still working on

## Why it is not live yet

Foyer points an always-on messaging agent at behavioral health practices. Some fraction
of messages arriving at midnight will be from people in acute distress. That is the population.

Everything else Foyer does is scheduling. This part has to be right before any of it touches a real
practice, so it is built the way it would be if we assumed the worst case rather than the average one.

- **Foyer is not a clinician and never behaves like one.** It does not assess risk, ask
probing questions, or attempt de-escalation. Those are clinical acts, and an automated system
performing them badly is worse than not performing them.

- **The safety check runs before scheduling, not alongside it.** If it triggers, the
booking logic never executes. No confidence score and no keyword match can override it, which is what
prevents the single worst thing this product could do: answering a crisis message with an appointment
slot.

- **Detection is deliberately over-broad.** The errors are not symmetric: a false
positive means somebody received crisis resources they did not need, and a false negative is not
survivable. So every ambiguous case escalates, and if the check itself fails, that escalates too.

- **Resources go out even if everything else fails.** If the alert to your staff cannot
be delivered, the person still receives crisis line information, and the delivery failure is logged
loudly for the practice rather than silently swallowed.

**That design is written down and under review by people qualified to judge it,
and it is not finished.** Until it is, Foyer stays in early access. We would rather tell you that
than sell you a launch date.

What early access means

## No price on this page, and that is deliberate

Every price we charge is published on our pricing page, and we do not put a number on
this site before it is real.

Foyer is not yet a step you can buy, so there is nothing honest to publish. When it is priced, it will
appear on the pricing page first, alongside everything else, and you will not receive a quote containing
a figure you have not already seen there.

What is worth doing now is the conversation. If the 9:47pm problem is real in your practice, we would
rather hear about it before the review clears than after, because the order we build in is decided by
who we have talked to.

The same free 30 minutes as everything else here. We will map how calls and messages
reach your practice today and tell you plainly whether Foyer would help, including if the answer is no.

## Questions about Foyer

**Q: Is Foyer available now?**
Not yet. Foyer is in early access, which on this site means exactly what it says: the product is built and demonstrable, the crisis escalation design is still in clinical and legal review, and we are not putting it in front of real patients until that review is finished. If you want to be in the first group, the conversation is worth having now, because the build queue is what determines who is first.

**Q: Why is there no price on this page?**
Because Foyer is not yet a step you can buy, and this site does not publish a number before it is real. Every price for our workflow-systems work is on the pricing page and always will be. When Foyer is priced it will appear there first, and you will not receive a quote containing a figure you have not already seen published.

**Q: What happens if somebody in crisis messages the practice?**
This is the question the whole product hinges on, and it is the reason Foyer is not live yet. Foyer is not a clinician and is designed never to behave like one: it does not assess risk, does not ask probing questions, and does not attempt de-escalation. A safety check runs before any scheduling logic, so a message that trips it can never be answered with an appointment slot. Detection is deliberately over-broad, because a false positive means somebody received crisis resources they did not need, and a false negative is unacceptable. That design is written down and under review by people qualified to judge it. We will tell you when it clears.

**Q: Will it send patient information over text?**
No, and the demo shows it refusing. Ask Foyer about your chart over SMS and it declines, explains that the channel is not encrypted, sends a secure portal link instead, and logs the request for the practice. No protected health information crosses a channel that is not eligible to carry it.

**Q: Does it write into the system we already use?**
That is the whole point, and it is the difference between this and a $25 a month answering bot. Bookings land in the scheduler your staff already watch. A reschedule releases the old slot. A cancellation texts the waitlist. If it only answered and handed out a booking link, it would be moving work rather than removing it.

**Q: How is this different from the AI receptionists we keep getting emails about?**
Most of them answer and then stop. They cannot see your calendar, cannot write to your practice management system, and will not sign a BAA. That is not an oversight, it is arithmetic: integration work cannot be delivered at self-serve prices, so self-serve vendors do not deliver it. Foyer is the integration work, which is also why it is not $25 a month.
