Program description

MaxPower Labs Community Info is an AI text assistant that answers residents’ questions about local city services (and can review photos you send). It is offered through pilots with municipalities. The program only replies to residents who text in. It does not send unsolicited marketing messages.

How to participate (opt-in)

Residents opt in by texting any message to +1 888-510-3984 (a question, a keyword, or a photo / MMS). START is optional and still works. See the public proof of opt-in page for the exact first-reply notice and optional START confirmation.

Your first reply includes this one-time notice (exact text): MaxPower Labs Community Info. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. You receive replies only when you send a message (or photo) to the program. Frequency depends on how often you text in. The program does not send recurring marketing blasts.

Cost

Msg & data rates may apply. MaxPower Labs does not charge a fee to use this program. Your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may still apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Photos (MMS)

You may send images to help describe a city-service issue. The assistant replies with text. Unsupported non-image attachments receive a short note asking you to resend a photo or describe the issue in text.

Emergencies

This program cannot dispatch emergency services. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately.

Opt out

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After you opt out, you will no longer receive messages from this program unless you opt in again (for example by texting START or another message after a new consent).

Privacy

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
