What the call is not: a slide deck, a product demonstration, or a discovery questionnaire designed to qualify you into a funnel. If we are not a fit we will say so in the first ten minutes and give you the rest of the half hour anyway.

Before you book
- Video or phone — your choice. Camera off is completely fine.
- Bring your intake coordinator if you can. They know things the owner does not, and the whole method depends on watching the work as it actually happens.
- Nothing to prepare. No forms, no homework. If you can share your screen and show us the board or the spreadsheet, that is more than enough.
- Not recorded unless you ask for a recording.
- Do not send patient information. Not before, not during. We do not need it and we do not want it.
- Evening and early-morning slots are available. We know your 9-to-6 is patients.
- Email replies within one business day, usually the same day.

The discovery deep-dive is on-site — we come to you, because watching the work happen is the entire point of it. Travel is included in every price on this site; you will never see a mileage line. The rest of an engagement runs remotely so we are not eating your parking.

We work with a deliberately narrow profile. Being honest about it saves everyone a call.

- You are an owner, director or practice manager who can actually decide

- You have no internal IT department
- You handle protected health information and feel the regulatory weight of it

We are probably not, if

- You need a full EHR replacement — that is a different category of product
- You have an internal development team who would rather build it
- Procurement requires a competitive RFP with five bidders
