Paul Tran, Co-Founder & CEO. Leads AI strategy and delivery, and is closer to the codebase than the slide deck. I run every one of these calls myself. Not a salesperson, not a junior, but the person who will sit with your coordinator and map the workflow.
Before you book
- Video or phone: your choice. Camera off is completely fine.
- Come on your own. Your coordinator knows things you do not, so they are useful later, but nothing about this first call needs them and we would rather you booked it than waited to line up two calendars.
- Nothing to prepare. No forms, no homework. If you can share your screen and show us the board or the spreadsheet, that is more than enough.
- Not recorded unless you ask for a recording.
- Do not send patient information. Not before, not during. We do not need it and we do not want it.
- Evening and early-morning slots are available. We know your 9-to-6 is patients.
- Email replies within one business day, usually the same day.

The discovery deep-dive is on-site: we come to you, because watching the work happen is the entire point of it. Travel is included in every price on this site; you will never see a mileage line. The rest of an engagement runs remotely so we are not eating your parking.
Are we a fit?
We work with a deliberately narrow profile. Being honest about it saves everyone a call.
We are probably a good fit if
- You are an owner, director or practice manager who can actually decide
- You have roughly 5–50 staff
- You have no internal IT department
- You handle protected health information and feel the regulatory weight of it
- Somebody on your team is drowning in work a system should be doing
We are probably not a fit if
- You want the cheapest possible vendor
- You need a full EHR replacement, which is a different category of product
- You have an internal development team who would rather build it
